What is World Wide Web?

 WWW is the interconnected system of web pages accessible through internet. It should not be confused with the Internet itself, but an application of it.

Web pages came with the first server and the first browser in 1990, with its announcement the web pages became public and everyone could get easier access to internet.

  • Components
    • HTTP: Controls the transfers between the servers and the client.
    • URL: This component is used on the browser to obtain any resources from the web.
    • HTML: Is the language of hypertext used on most web pages.
